Two children had trapped in a big rock in the Kameng river in East Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh. The two children were rescued on Sunday evening after being waterlogged at the river's five myrang. Two students of class 6 Lucky Dada and Tajuk were later identified as Daka. While the two students were standing on a rock while they were playing, the water of kameng river in The Hortha started rising and then the children could not find a way out. The district collector and superintendent of police came to the notice of the district collector after photos and videos of two children who did not know how to swim went viral under the watchpressure. District collector Abhishek Parvimal Pallumata managed to rescue the two children at 7.30pm through an immediate rafting boat.
