Former Congress leader and ex-Jammu Kashmir CM Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that only PM Narendra Modi and supreme court can restore the Article 370 as he launched his new party -"Democratic Azad party" in Jammu today. Azad said his party will be based on the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi and contest the Assembly polls in Jammu and Kashmir.
