The prevention of insult to national Honour Act. Act suggest us to protect the honour of national flag, national symbol, the constitution, national anthem and the Indian map . The some of miscreant trader who got the tender for stiching or preparing national flag. But it is seen that the size and colour of the flag are deteriorated as prescribe by the constitution. As the constitution mention the prevention of insult of national Honour Act 1971, section 2 the act says. "Whoever in any public place or in any other place within public new burns, multilated, defaces, defiles, disfigures, destroys, tramples upon or [other wise shows disrespect to or brings] into contempt (whether by words, either spoken or written or by acts) the Indian National flag or the constitution of India or any part thereof, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term with may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both". The public are demanding to take a legals action on  miscreant trader who descreationf national flag.
