1. Made for Each Other

The narrative by R. Balki is humorous while also leaving you with questions. 'Khelo Khellum' is a song that goes well with the plot. In one key sequence, P C Sreeram's cinematography is gritty, and it really works. In just 26 minutes, director R. Balki had spectators enthralled with his lighthearted and amusing approach. The dialogues add humor and heighten the effect.

When it comes to the performances, Neena Gupta is the star. Mrunal Thakur is endearing, and the sequence in which she addresses Neena after having spent the night with Angad demonstrates her growth as an actor. Astonishingly uninteresting, Angad Bedi's character has little to do. The performers portraying Arjun's parents, including Hemant Kher (Cheeku, Veda's father), Kanupriya Pandit (Suchi, Veda's mother), and others, are all fine.

2. The Mirror

Mumbai resident Isheeta (Tillotama Shome) is wealthy. Due to a migraine, she leaves work early and arrives home to see her maid, Seema (Amruta Subhash), having sex on Isheeta's bed. However, Seema is not immediately fired by Isheeta.

The tale of Konkona Sen Sharma and Pooja Tolani is original and unanticipated. The background music by Sagar Desai enhances the story. The actors are well-developed, and the drama is skillfully handled by director Konkona Sen Sharma. The length is the only drawback. It is the film's longest and most repetitious short, clocking in at 37 minutes. Tillotama Shome and Amruta Subhash both put up excellent performances. The spouse of Seema, Kale, Shrikant Yadav, is decent.

Vijay (Vijay Varma) and Anita (Mukti Mohan) have two children together. To meet his girlfriend Nisha (Jennifer Piccinato), he is, nevertheless, traveling. While he is driving through the mystical settlement of Paraisol, his car breaks down. He runs across Shanti (Tamannaah Bhatia), an old friend, here.

The tale of Sujoy Ghosh is captivating. However, Sujoy Ghosh's performance may leave spectators perplexed. They won't fully understand what truly transpired. Additionally, despite being frightening, the suspense will come off as stupid. The dazzling chemistry between Vijay Verma and Tamannaah Bhatia, though, saves the short. As always, Vijay Varma is dependable, while Tamannaah Bhatia does her best. In the sarees, she exudes an otherworldly beauty (costume designers: Anirudh Singh, Dipika Lal).

3. Tilchatta

A guy from a royal family (Kumud Mishra) lives in Bijokpur with his wife Devyani (Kajol) and son Ankur (Zeeshan Nadaf) in an opulent palace. Kumud is doing everything he can to win the tender. He also has feelings for his housekeeper Bitori (Payal Pande).

Rekha (Anushka Kaushik), a new maid, shows up one day, and he is eager to put her to bed.

The movie was filmed in some stunning locations in Jhansi and Gwalior. This song's suspense strikes like a bolt from the blue. But it arrives after business hours. The 33-minute movie drags along at a glacial pace. It is therefore the least strong story of the bunch. The directorial by Amit Ravindernath Sharma falls short and the narrative should have been wrapped up in 20 minutes. It wasn't a good idea to close the anthology with this melancholy, subpar movie. With Kiara Advani's single, the first installment [LUST STORIES; 2018] finished on a high note, and something similar should have been made here as well.

Speaking of performances, Kajol gives a good one but the writing is disappointing. Kumud Mishra adopts the persona of the protagonist. Payal Pande and Zeeshan Nadaf are respectable. Excellent actress Anushka Kaushik.

Additionally, Studio Kokaachi deserves praise for the original and captivating opening titles.

LUST STORIES 2 makes a respectable effort overall and includes two excellent and two poor stories. Nevertheless, a large audience is anticipated for the movie because of the cast and the hot moments.
