Eminent writer Padmshree Awardee  Mr Lil Bahadur Chetry has been selected for "International Litterateur Award ". The American origin organization named International Bhutani literature Organization has nominated him  for this honour.

He is the profolic writer of Nepali language from Assam. His famous book "Brahmaputra Ko Cheu Chau" made him internationally famous. He is considered as an era  of Nepali writer of Northeast region . IBLO will be offered him three Lac  seventy five thousands Rs of Indian currency and Special Momentos for his honour .People of Assam feel proud  achieving such prestigious award.
