 In this beauty contest, Winner and 1st Runner Up of the Miss Meghalaya 2022 will represent Meghalaya at the Miss Northeast 2022 which will be held in Kohima Nagaland On October 2022. Along with titles the winner will also received cash prize of 1 lakh, 1st Runner -up Rs. 50000\- and 3rd Runner-up Rs. 25000/-
