On the eve of "Balidan Diwas" the book of veteran sahitya academy winner writer Bikrambir Thapa's book "Tista dekhi swatajal sammah " is inaugurated by veteran writer Nara Bahadur Dahal . The book was previously released 1986 before 36th years ago. In inaugural programme novel publisher khagendra Sharma and distributer 'BUK-ANT' jointly published at Siliguri, Salbari . In the inauguration the different writer and readers were present there. "Tista dekhi swatajal sammah" is being taught in Uttar Banga University, Siliguri as a syllabus of Nepali Master's Degree  and this book also is being taught in different collages as syllabus of BA Nepali.
