A Research Study on the Impact of Reflexology and Physical Activity through Throwball on Eye Health  

Management, Academic Performance, and Physical Well-being” – Closing Ceremony on 14 March 2026

We are pleased to inform that the International Throwball Federation (ITF), in collaboration with Siddapura Medical  

Institute of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (SINYS) and MM Joshi Ganesh Nethralaya, Sirsi, conducted a research study on  

the impact of reflexology and physical activity through Throwball on eye health management, academic performance,  

and physical well-being among high school students in Siddapura and Bhairumbe in Uttara Kannada district.
