The Annual Cultural and Sports Fest (Talents Day) was celebrated in APS College of Commerce on 21/10/2024. The event was graced by esteemed Chief guests Dr.N.R.Ramesh Former BJP President South Bengaluru. Dr. Priyanka Upendra Actress of Sandalwood and Smt.Rohini Raghundandan Singer and actress of Sandalwood. along with the Trusteesof Acharya Pathasala Institution Dr.Paramesh, Principal of APS College of Commerce.
The Ceremony began with a warm welcome by Dr.B.Paramesh, for Chief guests and the lighting of ceremonial lamp symbolizing the pursuit of Knowledge and enlightenment. College Annual Magazine "ABHIMUKA" launched by Chief guests. Sri.Ramesh.N.R delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the achievements of APS Institution and later Smt. Rohini Raghunandan with her dual talent in singing and speech. captivated the audience with her address she spoke about role of cultural art and music in shaping Society and urged students to explore their artistic sides. She also performed a brief musical piece which was met with loud and applause and appreciation from the audience. Dr. Priyanak Upendra in her speech expressed her admiration for the talent and enthusiasm of the students. CA Dr. Vishnubharat Allampalli, President of the programme and APS Educational Trust, advised the students to acquire more knowledge to meet the present competition in the world and appreciated the students for their hidden talents.
APS Educational Institutions caters from KG to PG there are 15 wings, one of them is APS College of Commerce which is getting very good results of 95% pass, cent percent placements and the students are getting prepared for Artificial Intelligence.
The event concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr. Venkateshaiah.K.M, Department of Kannada overall the Inauguration of the Cultural and Sports Fest whole programme anchored by Dr.Bhagyalakshmi.S, Department of Kannada and all Teaching & Non-Teaching involved in this progemme it was a grand success filled with inspiration talent and the spirit of healthy competition.
