Telangana BRS MP Shri Pothuganti Ramulu (Nagarkurnool Constituency), BRS youth leader Shri Bharat Prasad, Shri R Lok Nath Reddy (Chairman of District Council), Shri Jakka Raghunandan Reddy (Director of DCCB) and Shri Ventapalli Purushotham Reddy (Former State President Sarpanch Association, Telangana) has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of Parliamentary board Member Shri K Lakshman, BJP National Secretary Shri Tarun Chugh, National Vice-President Smt DK Aruna, Tamil Nadu co-incharge Shri K Sudhakar Reddy, Union MoS Shri Rajeev Chandrashekhar and BJP National Spokesperson Shri Syed Zafar Islam at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi on Thursday.

Bharatiya Janata Party National General Secretary Shri Tarun Chugh remarked that the media's increased scrutiny of the BJP during the day is due to the party's growing influence nationwide. Under PM Shri Narendra Modi's leadership, significant strides have been made in fighting poverty, with 14 crore poor households now having access to clean drinking water and 4 crore poor people are sleeping under solid roofs.
