BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh  today said that the AAP government's decision to withdraw it's order on dissolution of Panchayats once again demonstrated unconstitutional working of it.

He said the  AAP government has been insulting constitutional offices in Punjab in a undemocratic and disgraceful manner. 

Now as the matter of unconstitutional dissolution of Panchayats reached the Punjab and Haryana High Court,  the Bhagwant Mann government cut a sorry figure and withdrew it's illegal decision on Panchayats. 

Chugh said the AAP government wants to throttle democracy and create anarchy which the people of Punjab will not let it happen.
