Tezpur: The 6-month "Business Management Programme" for Defence Officers curated by IIM Shillong was inaugurated by Air Marshal Dilip Kumar Patnaik. The course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of management.

Air Marshal Dilip Kumar Patnaik, in his inaugural speech, mentioned how the "fauj" is different from the corporate world in every aspect and IIM Shillong will help them learn new skills.

Addressing the officials at the inauguration, Director of IIM Shillong Prof. D. P. Goyal mentioned that the course will help them gather knowledge & a new learning experience.
