Today on 22nd September 2022, the officials of the Directorate of Archaeology, Assam took over physical possession of Dihingia Raja Maidam, Bahoni Pathar, Khowang, Dibrugarh district. This marks an important step towards protection, preservation and development of archaeological heritage of Assam.
