She later transitioned into entrepreneurship and founded Soil2Sky Enterprises LLP (formerly SL Ingredients LLP), promoting sustainable enterprise and empowerment. As a Career Coach, she has guided and coached over 2,000+ job seekers, helping them prepare for interviews and career success with confidence and clarity. Her purpose-driven approach continues through her leadership in the Rotary community serving as Vocational Service Director (2024-25) and Services Director (2025-26) at Rotary HSR, as well as Secretary of RMBF BBD (Rotary South Bangalore Business Forum - South Zone). She is also an active member of the Rotary District Club Services Team and part of the POSCH Complaints Committee at Ladwa Solutions Inc. In the year 2024-25 alone, she played an active role in 67 impactful Rotary projects, helping her club bag the Supreme Star Certificate and 23 awards from the Rotary District a testament to her leadership and compassion for community causes. Beyond the crown, Sajida's purpose is to work for the betterment of the economically weaker sections of society, with a continued commitment to women empowerment, child education, adult literacy, reflecting her vision as a conscious green thinker sustainable projects, and green initiatives and social change-maker.
