*10-day camp of Arts and Crafts at Chitra Kala Parishat from today*

*Bengaluru, July 21:* The 10-day Indian Arts and Crafts Camp titled "Indian Artisan Bazaar" commenced on Friday at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat. 

Whike Model Sonika Gowda added glamour to the event, Krishna Bhat brought glitter to the programme. 

The camp has variety of items from all over the country such as bed spreads, curtains, artifacts - all intricately done by expert artisans..

What becomes feast to the eyes are hand made cut works, aesthetically made furniture, boutique prints, bed linen and porcelain items. 

Speaking on the occasion, model Sonika Gowda said the camp at Chitrakala Parishat is "miniature India" where one gets to see both variety and spread of the artifacts. 

"This is indeed a visual treat and psychologically soothing," Sonika Gowda added. 

On his part, model Krishna Bhat said the intricately carved and woven items is the penance and dedication with which the artisans have brought out these artifacts.
